Workshop Formats
LTRC2027 invites proposals for one-day (=six-hour) preconference workshops for about 25 participants. Each proposal should be no longer than 1,500 words and must be accompanied by a summary of 250 words.
Workshop proposals should include the following information:
- Name(s) of workshop leader(s); 2 leaders maximum per workshop;
- Description of the workshop topic;
- Intended learning outcomes of the workshop;
- Background or prior knowledge participants should have (if any);
- Description of workshop content and delivery methods;
- A detailed schedule for the workshop;
- Any preconference workshop activities that need to be completed (if applicable);
- Pertinent prior experience and expertise of workshop leaders; and
- Workshop leader bios.
Proposals will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
- Interest in the workshop topic to LTRC attendees
- Clarity, organization, and sufficiency of information provided
- Capacity of workshop leaders to deliver an engaging workshop

Compensation for Workshop Facilitators
Each workshop facilitator will receive a 750 USD stipend and up to 1,200 USD to support their transportation costs.
